Must serve in a HPSA or MUA for 3 years. Ohio Department of Health (ODH) administers the Conrad 30 program. Ohio is widely considered one of the most IMG-friendly states in the nation. HPSA score of 7+ typically sufficient. Ohio also participates in ARC (Appalachian Regional Commission) waivers for eligible Appalachian counties — this provides additional slots beyond Conrad 30. Full unrestricted Ohio medical license required.
