Observerships Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services' observership program allows physicians, residents and medical students who are invited by a Houston Methodist physician to shadow procedures and surgeries, attend patient rounds and teaching conferences, learn about the Houston Methodist culture and interact with our experts. The program is typically two to four weeks in length and does not include direct patient care or research involvement.
